14th of March 2008, Today I lost my biggest cuddliest teddy bear in the world. My Harley. He was my dog in a lifetime, not a show dog but he was my shadow and friend who was always there for me when times were not good. He was always there sharing in times of joy also. Never again will I see his smiling face, feel his gentle nuzzling or his just lying by my side so quietly. However I will never ever forget him, so much to remember from such a gentle soul. Sleep tight my boy, I love you. Your Dad is also going to miss you so very much. You were loved by all who met you.
Our Sophie also went with Harley today. She was the sweetest, kindest and could be the noisiest little girl you could ever meet. She told us when she wanted her meals, and we obeyed like good owners should. She also never saw the show ring, but that did not matter, she was far happier at home. Every time she saw us she would greet us with her woo woo, now that has been silenced. Our home will never ever seem the same without her. She loved all the puppies and quite often took a turn at babysitting. Sophie thank you for being our girl for nearly 13 years, sleep tight, and we shall never ever forget you as we loved you more than anything.
